I’m Nick Latouche, a South Florida REALTOR® with Realty ONE Group Innovation. Born and raised in Delray Beach Florida I’m proud to serve the communities that I’ve called home my entire life. My passion for real estate started at an early age through my parents, who are real estate investors. Growing up around real estate gave me firsthand exposure to property ownership, investing, and the opportunities real estate can create for individuals and families. That foundation eventually led me to begin investing myself and later expand my career as a licensed REALTOR®. Today, I specialize in helping first-time homebuyers navigate the journey to homeownership and assisting homeowners who are ready to sell. Whether it’s a single-family or multifamily property, my goal is to provide my clients with strong representation, consistent communication, and a clear understanding of the process from our first conversation through closing. I graduated from Atlantic High School in Delray Beach, where I played football before continuing my football career at Adrian College in Michigan. My experience as a student-athlete helped develop the discipline, competitiveness, teamwork, and work ethic that I bring to my real estate business today. Outside of real estate, I’m a proud father of three—two boys and a daughter. Being a father has given me an even greater appreciation for what a home represents.
